Another Award for the PARC

Rives Audio receives the "Golden Ear Award" from the Absolute Sound for the PARC This comes less than 1 year from receiving Stereophile's "Product of the Year."
Rives Audio's president Richard Bird commented: "To receive the highest awards from such esteemed publications for our first product, the PARC, is beyond any expectation I had ever hoped for. I think at one time poorly designed equalizers gave the whole notion that equalizers are 'bad'. However, done correctly, equalizing the bass can make such a tremendous benefit in the entire sound of a system. Almost every recording we listen to has equalization applied to it, yet many seem to have an aversion to adding it to their home systems. These awards show that this is no longer the case. We are of course honored by these and intend to continue to develop unique solutions such as the PARC for acoustical compensation."
If you have a bass problem, and most people do, the PARC is an effective high-end solution.
"....the PARC was completely transparent in both the critical midrange and the revealing treble range," Kal Rubinson, Stereophile, July 2003
"The problem it solves is very real, and it solves it remarkably well. ...(the) PARC could change your audio life as almost nothing else will." Robert Greene, the Absolute Sound, Oct/Nov 2004

Are you still trying to fix your room acoustics with cables?
|
  |
Don't get us wrong, cables are important, but they should NOT be used as room equalizers.
We often hear of people that ask if they should change their cables because everything sounds bright. The answer is NO. Change your cables if you have poor quality cables that are degrading your sound quality. But if your room is the reason that your system sounds bright, make appropriate changes there. Do not compromise one component, (cables, transport, etc.) to compensate for bad acoustics. Fix the room! Once you've done this, everything else will sound remarkably better. And once this is done, when you do make any upgrade, be it the cables, the pre-amp, speakers--any upgrade, the difference will be much better appreciated.
Rives Audio has 30 years experience in acoustical engineering and design for small rooms. We can improve virtually any listening room or home theater at prices far less than probably spent on your last upgrade. With three levels of service, one is sure to meet your budget and needs.
All you have to do is fill out the no obligation application and an engineer from Rives will call you and discuss some possibilities, before you've spent the first dime. If it doesn't sound like it's right for you, that's okay, at least you took the time to find out what's involved. So why wait? You have nothing to lose, and possibly everything to gain acoustically. Fill out the application and learn more about what Rives can do for your listening room or home theater.
