Below is a letter from this client to a prospective client:
"I did Level 1 and my own measurements before and after with some borrowed friend's equip and his laptop. I simply cannot say enough good things about Richard or Rives Audio. The entire process was very positive, professional and cordial. Communication via Email & telephone was flawless. When there were construction questions during the planning stages as well as with my contractors, (trust me, there will be a lot) Richard was able to answer them to everyone's satisfaction. Richard is a "pro" and after your initial interaction it becomes very obvious not only his level of expertise, but his passion for 2 channel audio.
My plan included some RPG Skylines on my front wall between speakers. Richard suggested that I do theses last after I had adjusted to and settled into the room. I waited 60 days to install and it was the "icing on the cake" for image focus and SS layering. The man knows what he is doing!! I realize that he has probably done hundreds of lower level, concrete slab dedicated rooms with similar issue, I did not in anyway feel I got a "cookie-cutter design.
After everyone who had done a Rives room telling me that it would be the best money I could spend in audio, in the end, it was indeed. The bonus was I got a room that looks as good as it sounds.
