Client Goals

The listening room doubles as the office and a small tv/movie room for the family. 2 channel is by far more importan to this client, but aesthetics are very important in an already built room.

I really couldn't be happier. Rives Audio definitely made huge improvements without really changing the decor at all.

One of the most impressive changes was modifying my cabinets which stored records. However, the original cabinets had hard surface doors. Richard (Rives Audio) recommended modifying the doors with fabric faces allowing the doors to be basically transparent acoustically, but still have the clean look my wife and I wanted. I simply took the doors off and took them to a cabinet maker and had them modified. What a difference!
